Sesame Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 lb. Chinese pea pods, strings removed (2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
    1 medium yellow or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add pea pods and sesame seeds. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring until pea pods are crisp tender. Stir in bell pepper. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring, until bell pepper is crisp tender.
