Luau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 bundles freshly cut and cleaned luau leaves (spinach)
    2 cans corned beef
    2 cans coconut milk or 2 c. mayonnaise
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix crumbled up corned beef and sauce (coconut milk); tear up some square pieces of foil wrap.
    Arrange spinach leaves in foil, then pour sauce in it, not too much.
    Watch overspills.
    Then wrap tight and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10.
