Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
Preparation

In large bowl, mix flour, salt and soda.
In
a second bowl, combine bananas and sugar; stir well.
Add egg and butter; stir to blend.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
Mix until just moistened.
Pour batter into greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto rack.
