Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Crisco (rounded)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. unbaked dressing
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 c. giblets, cooked and chopped
    1 egg, boiled and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown Crisco and flour lightly. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper.
    If gravy is too thick, add more broth and bring to a boil.
    Serve over chicken and dressing.
