Strawberry-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. thawed, sliced, frozen strawberries
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
    Make a well in center.
    Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans.
    Stir just until all ingredients are moistened.
    (Light handling is necessary for good texture.)
    Spoon batter into two well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack.
