Lickity-Split Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. plus 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Stir with a spoon or wire whisk until batter is smooth and ingredients are well blended.
    Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch layer pans or 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans.
    Frost as desired.
