Apricot Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped apricots
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Soak apricots for 3 to 4 hours.
    Add orange juice to sugar. Add apricots.
    Simmer on low fire to well cooked.
    Cool mixture. Put mixture in blender and puree.
    Add whipping cream.
    Arrange layers of apricot cream and ice cream.
    Decorate with nuts.
