Individual Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
20 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs together until creamy.
Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper in a muffin tin.
Fill 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
Cool.
Top with cherry pie filling.
