Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled zucchini, grated
    1 3/4 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 large onion, chopped or grated
    3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl; stir until well blended.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
    Cut into bite size serving pieces.
    May be served hot or cold.
