Everlasting Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour (1/2 wheat)
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. applesauce, hot
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Store in covered 5-quart plastic ice cream container in refrigerator for up to 8 weeks.
    Bake muffins for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
    You can bake them right away, too.
