Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. apples
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Peel and cut apples small.
    Chop nuts.
    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, egg and vanilla together.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown and crisp on top.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Mixture will drop.
    Serve with vanilla ice cream.
