Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans yellow cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Butter a casserole dish.
    Combine corn, onion, green pepper and pimento.
    Beat eggs slightly, then stir in sugar and salt. Smooth a little of the milk into the flour, then blend in the remaining milk.
    Combine corn, eggs and milk mixture.
    Add melted butter; turn into buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
