Peanut Butter Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. peanut butter (chunky)
    2 c. water
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil and remove to a plate.
    Stir peanut butter and soup into drippings while gradually adding water.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
    Add pork chops, onion and green pepper.
    Cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
