Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. yeast
2 c. warm water (110~)
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 eggs
4 c. white flour
Preparation

Combine whole wheat flour and yeast; set aside.
Combine water, oil, sugar and salt.
Add eggs; beat all together for 3 minutes.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir in white flour by hand. Cover; let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down; let rest for 5 minutes. Shape into balls and press flat.
Place on greased cookie or baking sheet.
Cover; let rise until double in size.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
