Brunch Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/2 c. green pepper
    12 oz. cooked chopped ham
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Toss together the green onions, green pepper and ham.
    Roll tortillas with ham mixture and 3 teaspoons cheese.
    Arrange, seam side down, in a 12 x 7 1/2-inch dish.
    Beat together eggs, salt, cream, garlic and flour.
    Pour over tortillas.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes, or until liquid is set.
    Add additional cheese to top the last 10 minutes of baking. Serve with picante sauce or fresh salsa.
