Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix butter, boiling water and flour.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Finish at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Fill with whipped whipping cream.
    Makes 18 puffs.
