Beef Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peeled and cubed potatoes
    1 large chopped onion
    4 sliced carrots
    1 lb. lean ground meat
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In greased baking
    dish,
    layer
    vegetables
    and
    meat. Pour liquid, salt and
    pepper
    over
    the casserole.
    Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.\tUncover the last 1/2 hour so liquid will thicken.
    Makes 6 servings.
