Cheese Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick grits (do not use instant)
1/3 c. grated onion
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic salt
dash of red pepper
1 small can diced green chilies (optional)
Preparation

Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 15 people.
