Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground, lean pork
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. celery flakes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper and garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf in a shallow pan.
    Place 1/2 cup of water in the pan and top with loaf with 2 strips of bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
