Raisin-Cinnamon Doughnut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. raisins, chopped
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening with a pastry cutter or 2 knives.
    Mixture should look like small bowls. Stir in milk and raisins.
    Turn onto a lightly floured board. Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut into rounds with floured doughnut cutter.
