Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large center cut round steak, cut into bite size pieces
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    garlic powder to taste
    1/4 c. water
    3 quartered tomatoes
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    paprika, sprinkle over meat
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Sprinkle paprika on steak and brown in butter.
    Add 1 can beef broth and garlic powder.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add green onions and peppers.
    Combine soy sauce, water and cornstarch.
    Add to steak.
    Stir until soup thickens.
    Take off heat.
    Add tomatoes that have been quartered.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Cook rice as directed on box for minute rice.
