Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. filo (about 24 sheets)
    16 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Brush a 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan with melted butter.
    Fold a sheet of filo in half and carefully lay in pan.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Repeat for 6 layers.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Repeat until all ingredients are used and end with a pastry layer, brushed with butter.
    Cut in diamond shapes, 2-inches wide.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes longer.
