Marvelous Mashed Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

instant mashed potatoes (enough for 8 servings)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. onions (optional)
sliced green onions with tops or mature onions, chopped

Preparation

Microwave
potatoes
in
rectangular
microwavable dish (large) as directed on package.
Whip potatoes, smooth top and spread
with
sour\tcream.\tSprinkle
with\tcheese,
bacon and onions.
Microwave,
uncovered, on High for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
Makes 8 servings.
