Sweet And Sour Ham Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. beef stock base
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. cooked ham cubes (bite size)
    1 c. pitted ripe olives
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and bouillon.
    Drain pineapple chunks; reserve syrup.
    Add 1/2 cup pineapple syrup, water, honey, vinegar and soy sauce to sugar mixture, mixing well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add pineapple chunks, ham cubes and olives.
    Keep hot for serving.
