Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    13 oz. can creamed corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. bacon drippings or melted shortening
    1 box corn meal mix
    1 tsp. soda
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped and drained
    1 small jar sliced pimentos
    several chopped black olives
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat the eggs slightly in a mixing bowl.
    Add the remaining ingredients except for half the cheese.
    Mix well and pour into an 8 x 8-inch greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
    Bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
