Tuna Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (2 c.), uncooked
    2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans solid white tuna (albacore), drained and chunked
    1 or 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley (important)
    3/4 c. bottled Italian dressing
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    black olives (optional)
    radishes (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni to package directions, drain.
    In large bowl combine macaroni, tuna, tomatoes, green peppers, green onions and parsley.
    In a small bowl blend remaining ingredients.
    Add to macaroni mixture.
    Toss gently to mix.
    Cover; chill thoroughly. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
