Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lemon
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar, divided
3/4 c. (1 1/2) sticks margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Grate rind from lemon.
Set aside.
Squeeze juice from lemon. Mix juice with 1/4 cup sugar.
Set aside.
