Leftover Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. leftover turkey, chicken or ham, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 c. leftover gravy
    1 to 1 1/2 c. leftover veggies or 1 can mixed veggies
    1 baked potato, diced, or leftover stuffing (optional)
    1 already pie crust
Preparation
    In large skillet, put vegetable oil, celery and onion.
    Saute until crisp-tender.
    Add diced meat, heat and stir.
    Add veggies and optional stuffing or potato.
    Stir in cream of chicken soup or the gravy.
    Heat through, stirring often.
    Turn into a pie plate. Place pie crust on top.
    Flute the edges.
    Put a few small slits on top of crust to vent.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
