Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Place potatoes and onion in baking dish.
    Dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, cheese, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add broth.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
