Chili Without Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
chili powder
cumin (use carefully)
salt and pepper
garlic salt or powder
oregano
basil
Preparation

Brown ground beef; add seasonings to taste (more for spicy, less for milder taste).
Simmer 1/2 hour.
Add all remaining ingredients to meat mixture.
Adjust seasoning if necessary for your taste and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour longer.
Adjust thickness with small can of V-8 juice for desired consistency.
