Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. poppy seed
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
Lightly beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
Add oil, milk and vanilla and beat well.
Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Turn into pans and bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes (with glass loaf pans, bake at 325\u00b0).
