Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. tortilla chips, finely crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pack into greased 8-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
