Velvet Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
    Cool Whip
    1 box chocolate instant pudding (3 oz.)
    1 box vanilla instant pudding (3 oz.)
    3 c. milk
    chocolate candy bar
Preparation
    Step 1:
    Mix flour, nuts and margarine and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9 inch glass pan.
    Let cool.
