Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 large carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Scrape carrots and grate coarsely.
    Add raisins and mix.
    Mix mayonnaise, honey, vinegar and cinnamon and mix good.
    Pour over carrots and toss.
    Let marinate at least 2 hours before serving. Will keep one week.
