Pancake Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    3/4 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Combine corn syrup, sugar and water in a 2-quart pan.
    Stir to dissolve sugar and bring to a rolling boil over medium heat.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add maple flavoring.
    Yields 32 ounces.
