Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large mushrooms
    chopped spinach, drained (to taste)
    Italian bread crumbs to taste
    Mozzarella cheese, grated (to taste)
    Burgundy wine to taste
Preparation
    In a small amount of butter, saute spinach, bread crumbs, cheese and wine.
    Fill mushroom caps and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
