Tomato And Feta Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium size tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh marjoram leaves or 1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation

About 1 1/2 hours before serving:
Cut tomatoes into wedges. In large bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil or salad oil, marjoram, red wine vinegar, salt, sugar and coarsely ground pepper.
Gently stir to mix well.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
