Spareribs Kinsale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rack spareribs (2 to 2 1/2 lb.)
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 clove garlic
Preparation
    Cut spareribs in serving size pieces.
    Remove excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over spareribs.
    Let stand 2 hours, turning occasionally.
