Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all together and chill overnight.
Roll or pat out and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake on medium heat until done.
