Peach Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 c. sliced bananas
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. shredded coconut (fresh is better)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, add coconut and spoon into sherbet glasses. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
