Stuffed Creole Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Creole tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. garlic butter
    bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Remove a 1/2-inch slice from top of each tomato and chop. Scoop out most of pulp and chop.
    Put a little salt, pepper and sugar inside each tomato and turn upside down on paper towel to drain.
