Rice Cooker Shrimp Pilaf (Or Crawfish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 1/2 c. raw, long grain rice, washed
1/2 medium bell pepper
3/4 medium onion
4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms with juice
10 oz. can beef broth
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Saute bell pepper and onion in butter.
Add mushrooms, beef broth, salt, pepper and rice.
Put in rice cooker and stir in shrimp.
Turn cooker on and push button to cook.
It will be done when rice cooker goes off.
Delicious meal.
Serve with salad. Serves 6 to 8 persons.
