Zucchini Honey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. zucchini, shredded
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.\tStir in nuts.
Combine zucchini and rest of the ingredients.
Add to flour mixture stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 4x5 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.\tCool in pans 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and let cool on wire racks.
