King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken or turkey, cooked, boned and cut bite size
    1 large chopped onion
    1 large green pepper
    1 pkg. tortillas
    chicken stock
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    garlic salt to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion and green pepper in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer tortillas which have been dipped in hot chicken stock long enough to soften.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt.
    Add in order: chicken soup, mushroom soup and tomatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
