Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. pkg. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chunky salsa
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    6 slices American cheese
    shredded lettuce
    diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add seasoning mix, water and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Spread roll dough in large pie plate to form a crust.
    Spoon on meat mixture.
    Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese slices.
    Sprinkle over the 1/2 cup corn chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
    Top with lettuce and tomatoes and serve.
