Apple Cartwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 medium apples
1 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp. honey

Preparation

Core apples leaving 1 1/4-inch diameter opening.
Place chocolate chips in blender or food processor until finely chopped. Mix remaining ingredients together and stuff core of apple.
Wrap each apple in plastic wrap and chill.
Slice thin before serving.
