Lima Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. large frozen limas
    1 small jar pimento, drained
    4 tsp. onion, chopped or grated
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook limas in a little salted water with butter.
    Cook until tender (10 minutes).
    Drain; save a little juice (separate).
    Add onion, pimento and sour cream. Refrigerate overnight.
    Add 1 tablespoon juice.
    Heat and serve.
