French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, at room temperature
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut or pecans
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together, one at a time, as listed.
    Beat well.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
