Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    1 bell pepper
    mushrooms (preferably fresh)
Preparation
    Skin, bone and cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
    Mix spaghetti sauce mix with water and soy sauce and marinate 4 hours.
    Cook chicken in lightly oiled frypan for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add cut up green pepper, mushrooms and liquid from tomatoes and cook 2 minutes, covered.
    Cut tomatoes in quarters; add to chicken and let warm.
    Serve with rice.
    Keep warm in low oven, uncovered.
