Apple Dessert Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 apples, peeled and diced
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In greased 2-quart casserole, mix apples and brown sugar.
Set aside.
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, blend milk, butter, egg and vanilla.
Stir dry ingredients just until moistened.
Spoon over sugared apples, then sprinkle with topping, 1/4 cup chopped nuts and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serves 6.
